Harold has many years experience in various management roles, both general and IT, and also extensive experience in management consulting.
In recent years, his focus has been on helping organizations implement improved means for the delivery of strategy through portfolio, program and project management practices. This has included establishing and managing PMO’s, process development and improvement, maturity assessments, independent program / project health checks, IT Governance improvement, supplier management, change management and training.
He has worked both in Australia and Asia, and is currently based in Singapore.

Alan has a 25 year track record in strategic management, business planning, program management, project management, education, training, management consulting, facilitation, competency standards, assessment architecture and construction. He has worked with over 125 Client organisations involved in construction, information management, engineering, telecommunications, finance, education, health, aged care, transportation, housing, utilities, retailing, entertainment, exhibition, infrastructure, manufacturing and defence. He is a director of Greco Schwartz Pty Ltd., an Australian Institute of Project Management endorsed course provider. Alan has developed and coordinated five PMGP Units of Study (1999 – 2008).

He is an approved assessor for three professional accreditation schemes - ‘Registered Project Manager’ (1998-2008) and ‘Project Managed Organisation’ Certification (Australian Institute of Project Management 2006-8) and Chief Assessor (Australia) for the internationally recognised ’Certified Management Consultant’ (Institute of Management Consultants) scheme (2004-8). Kenneth Chung



Kenneth Chung

Kenneth completed his PhD studies at the School of Information Technologies, University of Sydney in August 2008. He joined the University of Sydney as an undergraduate student in 1998, successfully graduating with a Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting and Computer Science) degree and a first class honours degree in Bachelors of Science (Information Systems) in 2001. His current research focuses on understanding individual and group-level outcomes (such as performance and coordination) of professionals in knowledge-intensive work using socio-technologically motivated theories and methods of social networks, technology use and systems theory. His work was awarded the RailCorp Prize for "Addressing Society's Needs in Research Project Work" at the 2005 Research Conversaziones, held at the University of Sydney. Much of his work is published in top tier conferences such as Computer Supported Cooperative Work, European conference on Information Systems and ACM SIGMIS (Management of Information Systems).

Kenneth brings to the Project Management Postgraduate Programme nearly a decade's worth of academic and industry-related project management experience. Not only has he taught project management courses at the University of Sydney since 1999, but he was also the online advertisement campaign manager of various online projects in DoubleClick Australia (now acquired by Google) and systems integrator for the Telstra Messaging Group where he was in charge of testing and rolling out major SMS messaging software projects such as the upgrade of Telstra's messaging servers and infrastructure across Sydney and Brisbane sites. He has interest in the social and technological aspects of performance, coordination and innovation in project environments, project estimation, innovation and technology applications and use in project management, and systems theory and modelling.

John Flynn

Originally trained as mathematician specialising in Management Science, John is a professional management consultant with over 30 years' experience in general and project management with major professional service consultancies and computer software firms.

He has spent over 10 years in senior regional and country management positions in Australia and the Asia Pacific region with direct responsibility for professional services, consulting staff, and the successful implementation of projects.

Dr. Hemanta Deloi

Hemanta has published five papers in prominent international journals and presented 20 papers at international conferences. Research has included (in brief):

Development, application and validation of process simulation techniques for strategic decision making in a complex project environment.
Innovation in research while integrating operational constraints with decision making processes and considering the whole of the project life cycle philosophy.
Using industry case studies to demonstrate the system prototype in operation, services and production management contexts.
Development and implementation of artificial intelligence and a neural network in an intelligent project management information system in the current position (funded by the Australian Research Council).
A smart asset management information system using a process simulation/artificial neural network (funded by the Australian Research Council).



Dr. Robyn A Lindley

BSc, DipEd, MInfoTech, PhD

Dr Lindley has over two decades of academic and industry experience managing research and new product rollouts for the global IT and telecommunications industry (IT&T). She has worked as the Business Development Strategist for Silverbrook Research (SBR) Pty. Ltd. She was also a member of the Senior Management Team at Vodafone Australia where she managed a team of Technical Product Managers (TPMs) responsible for developing a wide range of new mobile products in services for the national, regional and global telecommunications markets. As an Associate Professor in the School of Information Technology and Communications (SITAC) at the University of Wollongong, she led several large research projects and was the Director of the Technology Innovation Research Centre (TIRC).
Robyn has over 65 refereed academic research publications. Her research interests are in the broad field of new technology innovation for global markets, with a focus on smart cards, RFID tags and mobile applications.
